The participant acknowledges that the Training Content is provided solely for educational purposes, and enrolment grants access to educational materials, guidance, and support as part of the learning process. STOCKERS does not provide any financial, investment, trading, or advisory services. Consequently, all course fees are considered compensation for educational services rendered and not contingent upon any specific outcome, result, or performance in financial markets.
The participant understands that choosing to withdraw from the course, decide not to continue with the sessions, or changing their mind for any reason whatsoever does not entitle them to a refund.
Participants who do not complete the course, fail to attend live sessions, or do not access all materials remain liable for the full course fee. Partial completion or non-participation does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, or transfer of fees.
All payments made for courses are non-transferable to other courses, programs, or participants, unless explicitly approved by STOCKERS in writing.
It is important for all participants to understand that:
- All course fees are non-refundable, regardless of individual participant performance, satisfaction, or results in financial markets.
- Once a participant has enrolled and payment has been made, cancellations or refunds will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
If a participant is dissatisfied with any aspect of the training, they are encouraged to contact STOCKERS for guidance, additional support, or clarification regarding course materials, and we will make reasonable efforts to enhance their learning experience. However, please note that requests for cancellations or refunds cannot be honoured.
